About the Role
Requirements
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or any related field.
Diploma or certification in customer service or data management is an added advantage.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a client servicing, coordination, or backend operations role. (Freshers with strong communication and tech handling skills can also apply.)
Experience working with CRM tools, Google Sheets, or app-based systems preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using:
Google Sheets / Excel (basic formulas, data filtering)
WhatsApp Business
CRM or internal tracking apps (training will be provided)
Ability to monitor status logs, identify missing information, and follow-up accordingly.
Basic understanding of cloud-based storage (Google Drive, shared folders, etc.)
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Fluency in Kannada/Hindi/Tamil/Malayalam is a plus, considering regional clients.
Friendly, clear, and professional tone in chats and calls.
Soft Skills:
High attention to detail
Strong follow-up and time management skills
Problem-solving attitude
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under minimal supervision
Patience and empathy while dealing with clients
Other Requirements:
Willingness to learn studio workflow, photography-related terms, and internal systems
Flexibility to work weekends (based on shoot schedules or client deadlines)
